The Oldham County Police Department is dedicated to reducing fatal and severe injury traffic crashes involving its youth drivers.  We recognize a key component in obtaining this goal is to educate young drivers and their parents.  Your “I Promise Program” which advocates bringing young drivers and their parents together in a mutual contract to discuss the hazards involved while operating a motor vehicle is an excellent strategy.
