Our Organisation cares about road victims. We try very hard to reduce road accidents. Of course young drivers are a very important target group, because they to a high extent are represented in the statistics.

We therefore welcome your efforts with the „I promise program" in Canada.

The situation in Austria is different. Normaly young drivers get their driving licence for cars at the age of 18. They get the driving licence for probation during two years. That means they have to drive very carefully.

If anything happens (fines, accidents) they have to pass an additional
training and the time is one year more.

So you can´t compare the situation in Austria and in Canada.

We wish you a great succes with your „I promise program" in your country.
